Subcommittees
- Executive: Shall consist of the FCRC Chairman, FCRC Vice Chair, FCRC Secretary, FCRC Treasurer and other FCRC members appointed to serve as subcommittee chairmen with the exception that Ad Hoc Subcommittee Chairmen shall not be members of the Executive Committee.assist the FCRC Chairman in day-to-day operations of the FCRC
- be the approving authority for FCRC Chairman actions.
- review and act upon all requests for messaging to FCRC membership.
- Membership:
- maintain/update membership rolls and provide monthly report
- provide notification to all members regarding membership renewals, delinquency of dues and absences when applicable
- support membership on the FCRC according to the qualifications explained in Article I of these Bylaws.
- coordinate with Outreach chairman to solicit new members
- provide mentorship to new members
- maintain/update membership rolls and provide monthly report
- Data
- ensure FCRC member and other contact/email lists are up to date and accurate.
- collect, post, update, and maintain a voter database at the direction of and in the format directed by the Executive Subcommittee
- disseminate voter data, newsletters, announcements, and other pertinent information as approved and directed by Executive Subcommittee.
- disseminate candidate material as requested by candidates with FCRC Executive Subcommittee approval
- report on data received, posted, and disseminated, on monthly basis
- produce verified annual report on all data
- ensure FCRC member and other contact/email lists are up to date and accurate.
- Communications (Replaces Issues)
- prepare newsletter with relevant issues and current/upcoming events to be distributed by Data subcommittee on a regular basis.
- coordinate with FCRC subcommittees to develop announcements and event information.
- update FCRC website and social media platforms.
- place newspaper, radio, and other media ads for FCRC functions/election information, as directed by Executive Subcommittee.
- Fundraising: (replaces Activities)
- develop ideas for and recommend fundraising projects to the FCRC Executive Subcommittee and coordinate completion of approved projects
- develop a budget, ensure all invoices, bills and funds from all activities/projects are accounted for and given to the FCRC Treasurer monthly until activity has been completed and project closed
- Candidate Recruitment:
- proactively recruit candidates for public office
- screen potential candidates using candidate screening questionnaire
- provide potential candidates with basics for duties of office and campaign operations
- proactively recruit candidates for public office
- Precinct Operations:
- recruit, train and support the organization of Precinct Captains and District Chairs
- ensure that volunteers and FCRC members are fully equipped to lead grass roots political endeavors through proper training and support
- Outreach:
- act as liaison to other Republican groups/organizations, i.e., Women’s, Young Republicans, High Schools, Colleges, Home Schoolers
- engage and coordinate with outside groups, clubs, and organizations in promoting Republican values and issues
- foster and maintain relationships with diverse minority and ethnic communities to promote Republican stewardship of equality and inclusiveness for all citizens
- gather contact information from organizations/groups/events and provide said information to the Data subcommittee for incorporation into FCRC database
- act as liaison to other Republican groups/organizations, i.e., Women’s, Young Republicans, High Schools, Colleges, Home Schoolers
- Election Integrity
- seek to improve public trust in the election process and to ensure the legal conduct of elections by examining the systems and processes utilized in the local voting systems
- serve as a resource for Election Integrity issues
- recommend and support legislative action relative to election integrity
- provide training for FCRC members to encourage more participation as prospective poll watchers and poll workers
- enlist the aid of Republican Electoral Board members in the training of poll watchers and poll workers
- Bylaws:
- review, maintain and update FCRC Bylaws as needed and directed by Executive Subcommittee and approved by membership
